Want to get your hands dirty and learn how to maintain trails? Want to experience what it takes to create a trail? Curious about what Conservation Corps North Carolina is all about? Join us for a trail work volunteer event at the end of October!

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Work with trained leaders at Bent Creek River Park in Asheville, NC on Saturday October 26th from 8:30am-1pm.

What: Trail work volunteer event with Conservation Corps North Carolina

When: Saturday Oct. 26th, 2019. 8:30am-1pm

Who: Anybody over age 13 is welcome to join! We will be using sharp tools, so please no young children

Come prepared: Long pants, close-toed shoes, clothes you can get dirty in, packed lunch, water, sun protection, *if you have, bring work gloves/gardening gloves, and impact-resistant glasses/eye protection*

We provide: Snacks, drinks, tools, protective equipment (if you don't have any), and instruction. Parking lot available for vehicles and portable toilets are on site.
