Work the trails!

Help us to be good stewards for the land, pick up a tool and maintain the trails around Big Meadows. We'll be working on maintaining Appalachian Trail connector trails in the area - this will involve clearing water bars along the trail, cutting back overgrown sections of trail, de-rocking, and other trail maintenance projects. There might be a decent amount of hiking to get out to these project areas. Be sure to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and a pair of closed toe shoes or boots. 

All volunteers will receive a park fee waiver with complimentary access to the park for the day!
